Fees Schedule

Purpose:
This Fees Schedule governs the disclosure, types, and application of all fees associated with CharityHost.org services. It is designed to provide clarity and transparency for customers regarding all standard, service-specific, and administrative fees.
1. Administrative Fee
Each invoice includes a non-refundable administrative fee, calculated as follows:
- 3.5% + $0.45 (applies to any order over $1)
Transparency: Administrative fees cover support, payment processing, and account administration costs. The administrative fee is not refundable under any circumstances, including account cancellation or service termination.
2. Domain & SSL Certificate Fee
Domain registration, transfer, and SSL certificate pricing are determined by upstream providers and may vary by TLD or certificate type. CharityHost may apply a markup above the provider’s base cost. Exact pricing, including any applicable markup, will be disclosed at checkout or upon request. All domain registration, transfer, and SSL certificate fees are non-refundable.
3. Professional & Engineering Services Fees
System Administration & Managed Services
$100/hr — CharityHost Servers:
System administration, server management, and WordPress maintenance for CharityHost- hosted dedicated servers, VMs, VPS, and WordPress sites. Covers setup, security, maintenance, troubleshooting, and ongoing management.
$150/hr — Any Outside Host (Full Root/Admin Access Required):
System administration, server management, and WordPress maintenance for servers hosted with other providers (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, etc.). Includes setup, security, maintenance, troubleshooting, and ongoing management. Full root or administrator-level access is required.
$200/hr — Priority After-Hours Response:
Expedited system administration or emergency response outside standard business hours (applies to both CharityHost and outside servers).
Website Design
Custom-priced per project, delivered under a project proposal and quote document.

4. SMTP Passlist Fee
SMTP Passlist Fee: $25 per VPS (non-refundable; subject to change; see Fees Schedule for current amount)
5. Abuse Mitigation & Administrative Fees
Abuse mitigation, late payment, chargeback/reversal, and other administrative fees may apply as detailed in the Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) and will be disclosed prior to assessment. Abuse mitigation fee: see Fees Schedule for current amount; subject to change.
CharityHost reserves the right to update, add, or modify any fee at its sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately upon posting to this Fees Schedule.
